Training: Whether you train with me, or with one of these other fine trainers in the area, it's OK. The important thing is that you train! And the idea is to find a trainer you trust, understands behavior, and knows how to work with you to suit your needs. You can sign up for all the classes in the world, BUT unless you actually attend the classes, and work with your dog consistently in between classes, you will not have the companion you may be seeking. If we don't take responsibility for our dogs and their behavior, we will be at odds with society. With growing anti-dog legislation, (check out the ADOA site...) it is in every owner's BEST interest that YOU train your dog! ![]() Canine-Corner

SAVE the 911 Memorial We launched our website www.savethe911memorial.com which asks people to sign our petition. Savethe911memorial.com shows what will be lost at the WTC Memorial if Mayor Bloomberg's plan is implemented. We ask that you support the family names proposal which seeks only to have the WTC Memorial answer the questions everyone asks about 9/11 victims. Please view our PSA called Missing at the Memorial on www.Takebackthememorial.org. This issue is so important not only to the 9/11 families but to future generations. PLEASE sign our petition and pass on the information to everyone you know and ask them to do the same. I have also attached a copy of the petition which can be downloaded and used as a hardcopy to collect signatures. If you know of any college students who would be willing to collect signatures on college campuses that would also be very helpful. Taking the petition to events, dinners, gatherings, etc... is a very effective way to spread the word and collect signatures. I really appreciate your help. Let the politicians in the call to action section know that you do not support the Mayor's plan. Thank you.

Gary Lutnick (1964-2001), a partner with Cantor Fitzgerald. A skilled trader who worked the U.S. agency desk, he was known outside of the office as a loyal friend and a loving brother and uncle. Orphaned as a teenager, Lutnick was extremely close to his siblings, his sister Edie and his brother Howard, the chairman and chief executive officer of Cantor Fitzgerald. He was in his office at Cantor Fitzgerald's headquarters in the World Trade Center's north tower at the time of the attacks. American Airlines Flight 11 struck the north tower, and smoke from the resulting fire began filling the building's upper floors. Trapped in his office, Lutnick called his sister to say that he didn't think he was going to make it. He told her that he loved her and asked to tell the rest of the family that he loved them as well. More than 650 other employees of Cantor Fitzgerald lost their lives that same day.
